The Mount Gardens Fleetwood

WEBCAM Live from The Mount

Thanks to funding from Fleetwood Town Council, you can watch this webcam live from The Mount. Enjoy views fresh from Fleetwood promenade and seafront, looking over Morecambe Bay.

Views are delivered to your computer, live from the camera at the top of The Mount. It’s on Fleetwood seafront at The Esplanade. You can even see the camera on the photos above and below!

Live Webcam

The webcam rotates from left to right and refreshes every few seconds. Enjoy live (but static) views across Fleetwood promenade, the seafront, Marine Hall and Gardens. It also catches the spectacular view across Morecambe Bay.

Watch the Webcam live from The Mount, thanks to Fleetwood Town Council

Fleetwood Town Council is showcasing the wonderful seafront to visitors and tourists, with this live webcam which they funded in this prime position. It’s marked by the red star on the Google map below.

High on The Mount it delivers superb views, showcasing the Marine Hall and Gardens and the leisure complex. Plus views over the promenade and out into Morecambe Bay. It refreshes and changes position from left to right every few seconds.

Webcams are very popular at many seaside locations. They’re useful for getting a feel for a place and checking the weather.

Thank you to Fleetwood Town Council

We’re grateful to Fleetwood Town Council for allowing us here at Visit Fleetwood to use the images. It’s a brilliant tool to show off just what a lovely place Fleetwood is.

Cllr Terry Rogers, then Chair of Fleetwood Town Council said “We get involved with and provide funding towards many different projects to improve facilities for local people and attract visitors to Fleetwood.

“In turn that attracts business, investment and prosperity. This webcam is a perfect tool for giving the world a window into Fleetwood. When people can see how nice it is from their armchair at home, why wouldn’t they want to visit?”

We tirelessly work to showcase what a fabulous place it is. Not just to the 330,000 residents of the Fylde Coast but much further beyond. Access to this webcam is a brilliant way to reinforce the message that Fleetwood is a great place to visit. We’re really pleased to be able to work with the Town Council to achieve that.

  1. Mount webcam been down for ages & Rossall Point also!
Use to check these regularly and they often encouraged impromptu trips over! I know I’m not the only one!
Perhaps Council no longer wish to promote their town!
    Don’t tend to visit anymore!

The webcams are nothing like they used to be. So matter of fact I love the top end of the Fylde and the cameras were the draw string to keep coming from the city to the sea and sand and of course fresh air . N. J C

    1. Sorry about that Jack, the Fleetwood one isn’t owned or maintained by us. We are trying to get it back online.

    1. It is as far as I know – if it’s closed there is another one at the front of the YMCA which is also handy for the beach.

  3. why is it not possible to access the mount webcam anymore, have tried over last few weeks, without being able to access webcam, have brought it up many times with no problems, just last few weeks, cannot get on it, thankyou
