Dairy

There used to be a dairy here, I think it was called Daisy Dairy. They used to pour away their unused milk on the cobbles on the alleyway and make a half hearted attempt to hose it down, so consequently I have a memory if the alleyway absolutely stinking on a hot summers day.
It closed down in the early 80’s due to the demise of people getting milk delivered.
